Automatic Eviscerator
The Automatic Eviscerator founcation is to remove the intestine after the processing of vent cutting and opening. The equipment is installation in corner of overhead conveyor line, and driven directly by line. The CONNECT Eviscerator working is high precise and no damging to products. The capacity is variable according to the different number of working units, the capacity is start from 4000BPH upto 12000BPH.
The Whole equipment is made of stainless steel and other non-corrosive materils

The Evisceration process is the procedure and equipment required to remove the intestinal pack,recover the edible offal,the cleaning and cooking facilities-all of which are supplied by Connect Equipment.Connect manufacture the semi automatic evisceration line by our own company,the capacity which is from 300BPH to 10,000BPH processing line.This optional is fit for the market where the workers salary is not very high.The process can be completed with some manual pneumatic tools.For the automatic evisceration methods,up to now,no any Chinese company can manufacture,if clients required,we can help clients to get automatic evisceration machines from EU.Suppliers,or second hand evisceration machines to gain the goal of save investment.
